  • If you the cancel your booking more than 14 days before departure date then a refund will be made minus the 20% deposit.

    If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before departure date then no refund will be made.


    If for whatever reason the company cancel your booking then a full refund will be made

    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@andersonscottishtours.com

  • Luggage will be assumed to be one medium sized bag (approximately 63cm x 45 cm) per person.

    Please provide as much information as possible with regards to the number and size of luggage. We’ll endeavour to carry all luggage that you require. However, luggage space within the vehicle is ultimately finite and there are legal weight limits which the vehicle must adhere to.

  • Yes, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    By law your child must travel in a child car or booster seat until they're aged 12 or 135cms tall, whichever comes first. As a rule of guidance if your child uses a car or booster seat at home then it applies here.


    We’ll have a small selection of child car or booster seats available for rental. Please inform us if you require car or booster seats for children during the booking process.

  • We offer a door-to-door service, meaning you don’t have to walk or travel to departure points before or after your tour. We don’t want to leave you at the mercy of the notorious Scottish weather!

    So, we pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation or port if you are taking part in one of our shore excursions. Please advise us of your requirements on your booking enquiry.

  • No, we don't facilitate or manage accommodation bookings.
    You are encouraged to research and book suitable accommodations based on your preferences and budget.
    We’re always happy to provide recommendations and advice when you book your tour with us.

  • Yes, let us know when you book if you need to be picked up or dropped off at any Scottish mainland airport.

  • Yes, however our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, so wheelchair users must be able to safely embark/disembark the vehicle unassisted.

    Wheelchairs must be fully collapsible and will count towards the vehicle’s overall luggage capacity.
